The popular North American dining destination wishes its diners Ramadan Kareem with an elevated Iftar feast, served until midnight
Unveiling a traditional yet unconventional Iftar menu, Weslodge Saloon welcomes all to break their fast at the restaurant this Ramadan. The contemporary dining concept presents its own culinary flair through an inspiring set menu featuring a signature of Ramadan specials matched with popular North American favourites – not a place for the non-meat eaters.
Launching from the first day of Ramadan until Eid Al Fitr, diners can experience a feast beginning with an authentic setting of mouth-watering dates, freshly baked pita bread and homemade hummus served straight to their tables.
With a choice of customary harira or lentil soup options to whet appetites, guests will then indulge in an array of appetizers including popular southern fried chicken with tabasco honey, ranch, and house pickles or spice rubbed lamb ribs cooked to perfection with grilled lime and cilantro.
Entrees reflect the best of Weslodge’s famous grill, with a selection of delicious mains including grilled seabass with jalapeno relish, lemon, drizzled in olive oil; a fine cut of prime sirloin and succulent pastrami shortrib, accompanied with flavorful roast cauliflower or grilled broccolini with chili, lemon and garlic sides.
Saving the best for last, diners will end their meal with signature desserts from Weslodge’s richly decadent double down hazelnut brownie or the scrumptious maple brulee; blueberry sorbet coupled with maple tossed blueberries.
