Special iftar menu from the InterCon Marina restaurant
Marina Social’s Chef Patron, Tristin Farmer, presents a three-course menu for discerning diners wishing to break their fast with stunning Marina views.
The menu features a selection of mouthwatering dishes perfectly orchestrated to complement one dish after the other. The dinner starts off with a choice between goat’s cheese churros, or (a Great Food Club favourite) the signature burrata.
For the mains, you can opt for cod loin, with leek and potato; steamed sea bass with smoked pea emulsion, wet garlic and mussels, or the barbequed veal short rib served with glazed carrots, pine nuts and onion confit.
Top off this delicious meal with an unusual choice of white asparagus cheesecake with raspberry and thyme jam, or a more traditional, yet quirky, rice pudding ice cream with vanilla peaches and pistachio biscotti.
