Rüya chef could see a dream come true
Colin Clague, Executive Chef of the home-grown Anatolian restaurant, Rüya, has been nominated for the Best Chef Awards hosted in Warsaw on October 25th this year.
Other names up for the prestigious title include Grant Achatz, Sat Baines, Bjorn Frantzen, Pierre Gagniere, Peter Gilmore, Philip Howard and Jean Georges.
Culinary maverick Colin, who aims to elevate Anatolian cuisine on a global scale, is shortlisted for the Top 300 World Selection, a tribute in itself.
Based on the votes of fellow chefs, journalists and professionals in the international culinary sector, this accolade identifies the best chefs in the industry worldwide.

Rüya, meaning ‘dream’ in Turkish, fuses a restaurant, lounge and bar experience by exploring the rich history and diversity of Anatolian food.
