Hot new joint from world’s Top 50 Chef, Virgilio Martinez, LIMA Dubai presents a Peruvian influenced Iftar experience this Ramadan
Lima Dubai, the Peruvian restaurant and bar concept from internationally-acclaimed Chef Virgilio Martinez is now open at City Walk. The first venue to open in the new Fine Dining Courtyard is presenting a Peruvian inspired Iftar feast this Ramadan.
Lima Dubai will be offering an alternative way to break the fast this Ramadan, with an Iftar menu showcasing a selection of dishes created for the occasion. The menu offers hearty, healthy and unique flavours, perfect to be savoured in Lima’s ideal location for family and friends to gather.
The four-course feast, priced at just 195AED, begins with a choice of homemade pumpkin soup, an irresistibly creamy burrata, a refreshingly light quinoa salad or a signature ceviche.
Next, guests can select from an Asian-influenced crumbed chicken, hot ceviche or seafood seco risotto. The culinary journey continues with a choice of lamb shoulder seco – slow cooked lamb with pumpkin, kiwicha and a coriander marinade, or chaufa rice roasted duck and chicken served with asparagus, soy sauce, ginger and garlic.
Both main courses are complimented by a serving of corn cake brûlée and traditional Andean potatoes.
To finish guests can experience two Peruvian desserts, the San Martin; four forms of chocolate with a tangy lemongrass kick, or the Peruvian Suspiro – Chiramoya ice cream and delicious Oporto meringue.
Guests are invited to relax and be immersed in the rich culture and diversity, whilst experiencing a true taste of Lima this Ramadan.
