Turmeric Latte

Turmeric has joined the ranks of must-eat superfoods, thanks to its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, to name a few. Add turmeric to warm nut milk, and you’ve got yourself a Turmeric latte, so on trend it hurts. Funny how sick children in India have been fed this bitter concoction for centuries – where it’s known as haldi doodh in Hindi, and considered a fairly foul step on the road to recovery. The hipster’s struggle is real, though, eh?
